Update Regarding Covid-19

For us, as for many of you, these days of physically distancing have given us pause to slow down, to find new ways of connecting, and to listen for the Spirit's wisdom in these uncertain times.

We have reopened slowly and have paid close attention to the directives of our provincial health officer. We do not anticipate operating at full capacity until we enter into Phase 4 of BC's Restart Plan (when we have a vaccine, broad community immunity or successful treatments).

We are committed to adhering to the highest levels of safety for each other and for our wider community. To that end, we have established protocols for physical distancing, hand washing, use of the kitchen and common areas and expectations for cleaning and disinfecting.

If you would like to book a retreat, please email your request and someone will get back to you within a few days.

Personal Retreats

Rooms are available for individual retreatants to stay for
a recommended minimum of 2 nights.

Spiritual Companioning is available upon request and
to be arranged with the
hosts.

Meals: Personal retreatants share a small kitchen for preparing their meals and are responsible for bringing their own food. Our suggestion is to bring food that is simple to prepare.

Sacred Time

Our bell rings at 5:00pm each day to call those gathered at Rivendell to a time of prayer. Those on personal retreats as well as group participants are invited to join us in this sacred time.

Rates

Rivendell is committed to accessibility.  In the imbalance of this world's economy, people differ greatly in their financial resources through no fault or merit of their own.

Rates are based on the ability to pay.  Receipts for income tax purposes will be given on request for amounts more than $75 per person per day.  Please note that we are not equipped to accept credit cards or direct debit cards.
